Commercial building and renovating require a different touch then residential. The time line is compressed and longer work shifts are required for business start-up and to procure income. It is Eifler Contracting's goal to make this process as smooth as possible during the bustling development associated with many sub trades working aside one another. My experience ranges from setting up 20,000 sq. ft. daycare facilities to restaurants, nightclubs and clothing boutiques. It is through these projects that i have developed a prowress in securing permits and passing inspections.
